What we offer to the design trades:

• Exclusive trade pricing.  We offer year-round trade-only discounts on our entire collection, plus additional volume discounts.
• Excellent customer service and a single point of contact.  We pick up the phone when you call and respond to messages promptly.  Our staff is deeply knowledgeable about our furniture's construction and customizability, upholstery and finish options and shipping.
• Assets to facilitate client presentation and designing.  We provide tear sheets with detailed specs, wood and fabric samples.
• Custom designs. We can alter certain pieces to meet your clients' needs/dimensions. Please reach out to discuss.
• Custom upholstery. In addition to the 70+ fabrics we offer consumers, we can work with your customer fabric choices, or make recommendations based on years of experience sourcing upholstery fabric. 
• Custom lumber. We are happy to discuss using different woods for your pieces (though we may not be able to comply with all requests due to availability and workability of the species).
• White-glove delivery to ensure damage-free delivery, timely and professional hand-off and assembly at your site of choice.

To participate in our Trade Program, please email designers@heywoodwakefield.com and include proof of valid membership to your relevant trade association and either (1) a copy of your business's U.S. tax exemption ID certificate or (2) your reseller’s license.

Please note: participation in our trade program is contingent upon receipt of appropriate credentials and completed application. Non-designer related business or professions may not qualify for the program.  Heywood-Wakefield reserves the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion.  Approved members will receive an email confirming membership.
